ABOUT
Forsyth Country Club is undertaking a multi‐phase Capital Improvement Program intended to enhance several key facilities throughout the Club. The initial phase primarily consists of constructing a new pool complex. Additional projects may include a Golf Performance Center, Golf Professional Shop Addition and Renovation.
HICAPS has been retained by Forsyth Country Club to serve as the Owner’s Construction Manager, as Agent. The selected CMAR firm will participate during design to provide estimating, constructability reviews, value engineering, scheduling, and procurement planning before transitioning into construction.
